This week I want to talk to you about the five reasons why you need group coaching. I can’t say this enough – there is no support like that from other women on the same path. There are way more than five reasons why group coaching is so powerful, but here are my top five:
1) It gives you community regardless of where you live.
Whether you live in the mountains of Colorado or the middle of nowhere West Texas, online group coaching allows you to connect with sisterhood and community.
2) Facilitated by trained professionals as opposed to 12-step groups.
Unlike many “free” support groups, like 12-step groups, group coaching is facilitated by professionals (i.e., me and Sarah) who have been trained to support women recovering from betrayal trauma.
3) It allows you to be of service to others.
You know how I’m always talking about the importance of making meaning out of your suffering? The cool thing about groups is that no two women are in the exact spot on the exact same day. This allows you to inspire and affirm other women, which heals and empowers YOU!
We are hurt in relationships and we heal in relationships. Being around a group of safe women helps you learn what safety feels like, so you can better regulate your nervous system.
Brené Brown says, “We cultivate love when we allow our most vulnerable and powerful selves to be deeply seen and known, and when we honor the spiritual connection that grows from that offering with trust, respect, kindness and affection.”
That’s why group coaching is MAGIC. It truly is MEDICINE for your SOUL.
I don’t know how I would have survived my ex’s sex addiction without my sisters and my coach. That’s why I’ve teamed up with her to offer Two Hearts Coaching – a 12-week, online group coaching program.
Our next session is enrolling now!
We start on Friday, March 6th. Once it begins, the doors close till August. If you’ve been on the fence about private coaching or thinking that it’s too expensive, this group coaching program is the PERFECT solution for you.
We already have some AMAZING women signed up, and I’d be so excited for you to have the chance to work with them! (And me and Sarah, of course!)
If you’re interested, go to www.twoheartscoaching.com for more info.
While you’re there, sign up for a free, 15-minute consultation AND check out a podcast where Sarah and I share WHY we do what we do and why we believe in the power of group coaching.
Until next time,
